Come join us with 20-30 minute guided meditation sessions. Sessions will not start exactly at 7, there will be a few minutes for participants to come in and get settled, but PLEASE BE ON TIME. Late comers are disruptive, and there need to be very minimal distractions for the benefit of the group. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your own floor cushion or yoga mat, and a positive attitude.
